How much do your cookies cost?
Cookie prices vary according to the size and complexity of the cookie and can range between $1.00 and $5.00 per cookie. Please e-mail me at amythecookielady@gmail.com for a price quote.

Although my cookies remain fresh in their original packaging for 4 weeks, I recommend that you enjoy your cookies within 2 weeks of receiving them. If you'd like to keep them longer than 2 weeks, they'll last for several months in the freezer.
Do your cookies contain any preservatives?
No. My cookies are made fresh to order so there's no need for any preservatives.
What ingredients do you use in your cookies?
My sugar cookies contain unbleached flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt. My royal icing is made with confectioners sugar, meringue powder, vanilla, cream of tartar and food coloring. You can see my recipes HERE.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
My cookies do not contain nuts, but they are baked in a kitchen that uses peanuts and other tree nuts. Please do not consume my cookies if you have a nut allergy!
How do you decorate your cookies?
I decorate all my cookies by hand with royal icing. Each color of royal icing is tinted and mixed for every order.
When should I place my order for an event?
Cookies should be ordered at least three weeks before you need them. However, if you need cookies at the last minute I may be able to accommodate you if I am not booked. Keep in mind, though, that I need at least 3-5 days production time BEFORE they are ready to be packaged. Gorgeous cookies take time! Lead times for larger orders (greater than 100 cookies) may be longer. Please contact me for more information. You can place your order earlier (actually, you're encouraged to!) and I will bake your cookies right before your requested delivery date.
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently, I only accept cash or checks. I require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed to reserve space on my production calendar. The final 50% must be received before your order ships.
Do you offer bulk discounts on large orders?
I'm sorry but I don't offer bulk discounts.
How are your cookies packaged?
All of my cookies come individually packaged in clear food-safe cellophane bags. Cookie favors are tied with a coordinating curling ribbon. Alternatively, the bags can be heat-sealed shut. Boxed cookie gifts are presented in a clear-lid box providing for a beautiful display.
How do you ship your cookies?
I ship all of my products by USPS Priority mail and packages usually arrive in 2-3 business days. I take the utmost care in packaging my cookies for shipment. Individually bagged cookies are wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed for protection. However, once the package is out of my hands, I cannot guarantee there will not be breakage. Please order extra cookies to allow for breakage.

Shipping prices are based on zip code and weight. All shipping prices include BOTH the price of postage AND shipping supplies AND the cost to package the cookies.
Shipping estimates are as follows:
1 dozen - $12
2 dozen - $15
(I can typically fit up to 2 dozen cookies in one shipping box. Any more than that and they'll be shipped in separate boxes. For example, 3 dozen cookies would be roughly $27 to ship [$12 + $15].)

Do you deliver?
If you are located in the Collierville/Germantown/Memphis, TN area you can contact me to arrange for pickup. Delivery is available to the area for a nominal fee.
